As you can see, I didn't always have that lean beach body figure. After a self assessment of my lifestyle and habits I decided it was time to make a change. I did some research and developed a program to help me achieve the six pack of my dreams. After some commitment with a bit of effort on the side, I feel as if I'm in the best shape of my life.
